Jennifer Jacobson, the founder of JCG, serves in the field of I-O Psychology. She is a coach and trusted advisor to leaders across various industries. She has a strong passion for seeing both individual and business growth.

As former VP of Corporate Sales Programs for BDI Pharma, Jennifer pioneered and implemented sales programs that accounted for 20% of companywide revenue. Prior to serving as VP, Jennifer served in both Sales and Director roles. Her responsibilities included; customer engagement, sales development, project management, program implementation, development, and inventory management. Her strategic role played a vital part in B2B relationships as the programs she pioneered were a pivotal voice for new product acquisition and product line development. During her tenure, she also oversaw the development of in addition to spearheading a companywide fundraising event. She also spent time as Director of Business Development for a start-up company where she implemented a Strengths-Based approach seeing 185% revenue increase in a short period of time.

Lisa brings a wealth of experience leading teams at Pfizer, Inc. During her 15-year tenure she was consistently recognized as a Gallup Best Practice Manager and received the first Leadership Engagement Award for creating a culture of engagement and inclusiveness. With her robust experience driving performance through strengths-based development and employee engagement, Lisa offers a proven and valuable perspective as an executive coach and business leader.

The foundation to Lisa’s approach utilizes CliftonStrengths development (StrengthsFinder), Employee Engagement (Q12) and best practices from her personal leadership development journey within an organization that provided nationally recognized leadership training, coaching and development.

Marvita Franklin is an Executive/Leadership Coach, Workforce Consultant, and Master Trainer. With over 30 years of experience, she comes alongside leaders and organizations to build employee capacity. She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an ACC-Credentialed Coach, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach. She coaches clients to maximize their strengths in their personal and professional roles to evoke transformation. She’s also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). 

As a U.S. Air Force veteran with civilian federal and state work experience, her background includes implementing workforce development initiatives and integrating LEAN strategies for improved organizational outcomes. She is certified as a Level 1 Master Resilience Trainer through the University of Pennsylvania’s US Army Recruiting Command. Marvita holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Organizational Leadership and a Master of Human Resource Development.

Clay Kirkland offers a variety of consulting and coaching services. He is certified both as a Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and an Emotional Intelligence Coach. In the past decade, he has worked with over three thousand individuals and dozens of corporations and businesses including, Salesforce, BMW, Sherwin Williams, Valspar, Novarits, Merial, and Elanco Pharmaceuticals, Chick Fila, University of Georgia, Jackson Spalding, and Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta. Clay combines a high level of expertise from extensive training with a lively and engaging presentation style. The result is a professional and practical experience that delivers enjoyment and invaluable returns for both the individual and team. He resides near Athens, Georgia, with his wife and six children.
